| What is SlyReply? |
SlyReply.com is a free web service that makes emailing a group of people easy. We collect and organize group replies in one place. Your inbox won't be flooded with replies! |
| Why should I use SlyReply? |
Trust us, we will save you time and hassle! No more sending spreadsheets around to collect responses or having to read 20 replies to figure out who can volunteer. |
| How does it work? |
You create a message based on your situation that is sent to friends or colleagues via email. The email contains a URL to your SlyReply message. They will click on the link and enter their reply! It is that easy! |
| Is the service free? |
| Yes! Absolutely free for everyone. Send as many messages as you want to as many people as you want. |
| How are people using SlyReply? |
In more ways than I can describe. To name a few: Volunteer coordination, group administration, parent/teacher communication, donation collections, organizing tailgates, department meetings, and poker night planning. |
| What is your privacy policy? |
| We will never compromise the data of our members or of those that sign-up. We do not give any information (names, email address, contents of messages, etc.) to anyone. You will not receive any spam. |
| Who can see my messages? |
Each message has a unique URL so the only people that can see the message are the people that you send the URL to. If you post the URL on your website as a link, then anyone on your website could read the message. |
| How much information must be entered to sign up? |
| As little as possible: Name and Email Address. Comments are optional. |
| Can I send my own email with the URL instead of SlyReply sending it? |
| Yes. You can distribute the URL anyway you want (email, link on a website, etc.). Just copy the URL of the message and paste it into an email. |
| Can I post a link on my website to the message rather than sending out email? |
| Yes. Just create a link on your website using the URL of the message. |
| Why can't I edit a slot once someone has signed-up for it? |
If someone signs up for a slot at 1 PM and the time slot is later changed to 2 PM there is a strong possibility for communication problems. We want to avoid these issues. |
